早上剛上班，旁邊的同事就說今天下班后我們一起去做台北spa吧，我說怎麼今天突然叫我去做台北spa呀，她說週末她和朋友一起去逛街的時候，看到有一家美容院，做活動呢，說是進去做台北spa的話，是五折的優惠呢，而且我們也好久都沒有一起去做台北spa了，就想著今天叫我一起去美容院做台北spa呢，我聽她說完之后，說五折的優惠呢，是挺便宜的，聽得我都動心了，就和她約好了，下班之后一起去她說的那家美容院呢，她說下班后她在公司門口等我

我快要跟女朋友訂婚了，於是媽媽就拉著我到商場去選訂婚禮盒。我一個男孩子啥也不懂呀！也不知道我未來老丈人喜歡什麼。媽媽就說我不長腦子，怎麼不給我女朋友打個電話問呢，我這才恍然大悟，給女朋友打了個電話，問他家裡人喜歡那種風格的訂婚禮盒。她說她自己也說不清，我看她也沒事幹，索性就讓她到商場來了，媽媽看見我女朋友長得很漂亮，而且還很懂事，說我這次沒有選錯人，讓我好好珍惜我女朋友呢，買完訂婚禮盒后，我們就回家了。

聽我朋友說他現在產後掉髮我都不敢相信，好好的怎麼會有產後掉髮呢？跟他在一起那麼久都沒有發現他有過掉頭髮的症狀，難道說生孩子真的會讓女人掉頭髮嗎？那也真的是太可怕了。不過我聽他說他這種情況還是比較正常的，很多女性生完小孩之後身體狀況不太好的話就有可能出現產後掉髮的情況，他現在已經正在接受治療了，相信很快會有所改善，聽他這麼說我就放心多了，要是他真的因為產後掉髮頭髮都掉光的話，那真的是傷心死了，頭髮對於女人來說也很重要的。

在商場轉了很久都沒有找到喜歡的燈具，其實還是感覺這裡的樣式太少了，聽說我們這邊有一個燈具城，我本來想去那裡看看的，不過感覺有點遠，所以就沒有去，在商場找不到合適的燈具就只能去那裡了。我朋友給我看了一下燈具推薦，他說如果不想去燈具城的話去網上看看也不錯，我當時就想我真的很傻，怎麼沒有想到去網站上看看呢，要不是朋友跟我說燈具推薦，我還想不到這個呢。在網上看的話不用出門當然方便了，而且買了之後不滿意也可以退貨，所以不用擔心買到不喜歡的。

做了一個全瓷牙冠之后，牙齒明顯比之前好多了，現在可以吃我以前不能吃的食物了，晚上我就讓媽媽做了好多好吃的，剛要準備吃飯的時候，表哥來我家里找大哥有事情幫忙，我就讓表哥坐下來和我們一塊吃飯了，表哥看到我吃我以前不敢吃的食物就問我牙齒好了嗎？我就告訴表哥我去做了一個全瓷牙冠之后，牙齒就好了，表哥聽說我去做了一個全瓷牙冠，就說他昨天在電話上面看到關于全瓷牙冠的介紹還挺不錯的，說是我牙齒好了就好。
