想了好多方法想要減肥，但是命中註定我實在是很難擁有一副好身材，所以就放棄了，現在我已經胖到連我老媽都開始嫌棄我了。他說我應該要好好去做一下減肥了，其實我也想啊，要知道胖人有很多不方便，就連衣服也不好買。我老媽說減肥的事情早就已經計畫好了，埋線減重可能對我有用，他說有時間帶我去做埋線減重，這個我可是從來都沒有聽說過，所以有點擔心，但是老媽感覺很有信心，於是我就去做了埋線減重，現在我已經慢慢瘦了一點，感覺還是挺管用的。

朋友就要加婚了，他和他女朋友都談了五年了，從大二的時候就認識了，現在終於要確定要結婚了，當時我們幾個的關係都很不錯，而且出來以后原來在學校的戀人也很少有一起結婚的，他們倆個算是一個楷模了，今天他專門給我送來了結婚請柬，并囑咐我當天一定要準時到，還說原來好多同學都會去的，等婚禮過后還說是要好好的聚一聚，我說肯定按時到，我問他婚宴餐廳訂在那里，他說就找了一個距離他們家比較近的一個酒店，酒店裏面也設有專門的婚宴餐廳他看了下環境挺不錯的，已經都安排好了。

今天早上同事帶了一些芋頭酥過來，我們都嘗了一下，味道很不錯，於是就問她是在哪買的，她說是親戚從外地帶回來的。我們都覺得有點遺憾，要是離得近的話還可以去買一些回來。她說是他們家親戚去了台灣那邊，然後那邊的芋頭酥很有名，就帶了一些芋頭酥回來了。沒想到很受歡迎，但是就是帶的有點少了，沒怎麼吃就沒了。不過以後應該有機會去那邊的，到時候再多帶一些芋頭酥回來。說起來台灣的甜點還真是很有名的，不知道人家是怎麼做的，口感可以那麼好。

那次我要去買彌月蛋糕的時候，我就在想，是不是可以去看看其他的蛋糕怎麼樣呢，但是他們說你就買這種彌月蛋糕吧，因為彌月蛋糕是很不錯的呢，其實有的時候你自己是要好好想想到底你要買什麼樣的蛋糕才是可以的，但是我發現他們還是沒有什麼意識在那裡，其實在買彌月蛋糕的時候，我自己還是很開心的，因為是給我最好的朋友的，他自己是很喜歡彌月蛋糕的，但是有的時候我自己還是會想，是不是現在是要好好去看看到底什麼樣的彌月蛋糕才是我最喜歡的才好呢。

去美容院的人現在去做油壓的還是很多的，我就在想，是不是我自己也是可以去做油壓的呢，但是他們好像不怎麼願意去做油壓，因為有的人好像不是很喜歡那種東西，我覺得我現在是那種只要是好的話，那麼我就想要去嘗試的類型，我也不知道這樣的自己好不好，但是我覺得還是要好好去嘗試一下才是比較好的呢，有的時候你自己是要好好去想想這件事情才是可以的，不然的話你自己也不知道會怎麼樣，我覺得我現在做到我最需要去做的事情就可以了。

身邊有幾個朋友到最後都是通過婚友社結識了自己的另一半，我覺得我自己也是可以的，但是他們說你自己要是覺得不適合婚友社的話，那麼你還是不要去了吧，我也不知道他們的意思，但是到最後我還是去婚友社了，我覺得那裡還是不錯的，起碼是有很多優秀的人在那裡的，其實我在想，是不是你自己在做那件事情的時候，是要好好去做考慮才是可以的呢，但是他們說你自己也不要想那麼多了，你自己要是覺得在婚友社可以找到的話，那麼你就去嘗試也是不錯的事情。

爺爺身體不太好，主要是腰間盤突出的問題，還帶走頸椎病，想想他們那年代都是吃了很多苦，最近天氣不太好，他的老毛病又犯了，我看著也著急，找了很多醫生都沒見效果，在我著急的時候同事告訴我，聽說按摩可以減緩腰間盤突出，而且很多人都是從按摩中獲得恢復，而且按摩沒有副作用，不打針不吃藥，所以很多人都回去按摩，既然這樣，我就帶著爺爺去按摩，爺爺第一次按摩後說感覺很輕松，我想有效果我們就堅持下去，為了爺爺的健康必須堅持按摩。
